Preparing for Adulthood

Preparation for Adulthood is a compulsory theme that runs through all Educational, Health and Care Plans from Key Stage 3 onwards. Targets towards this are planned and written during the Annual Review in Year 9 to help students prepare for the four adulthood outcomes which are:

• Employment,

• Good Health,

• Independent Living

• Friends, relationships and inclusion
